LEGAL DISCLOSURE: All content published on this website is presented in truth and in good faith by Stacie Drake, daughter of Kaye Gray. The allegations, claims, and representations contained herein are asserted as alleged unless and until the underlying evidence has been formally reviewed and appropriately adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing on this website is intended to constitute defamation, harassment, or malicious publication. This site exists solely for the purposes of public awareness, advocacy, the lawful exercise of First Amendment rights of free speech and petition, and the pursuit of justice for Kaye Gray — and for her case to be heard before an unbiased court that will apply its full authority to protect her, as required by law.

MEDICAL MISREPRESENTATION & CHEMICAL RESTRAINT DISCLOSURE: This website contains allegations that Kaye Gray's medical condition was misrepresented to treating physicians and to the Collin County Probate Court, and that powerful antipsychotic medications were administered to her as chemical restraints rather than for legitimate medical treatment. These allegations are presented as alleged and are supported by credible evidence gathered by Stacie Drake. The use of antipsychotic medications as chemical restraints on elderly or vulnerable persons is recognized as a form of elder abuse under federal law, including the Federal Nursing Home Reform Act (42 U.S.C. § 1396r), and under Texas Health & Safety Code provisions governing the care of vulnerable adults. All medical abuse allegations on this site are presented for the purpose of public awareness and the pursuit of lawful accountability. Nothing herein constitutes medical advice.
